The magic behind Posture!Posture!Posture! Is enabled by TensorFlow.js and more specifically its MoveNet model which allows for super fast and accurate pose detection.

Just like in the demo above, when you start the extension, it will set a baseline "good" posture position, which can be adjusted on the fly. If you start to stray from good posture, a blur effect is applied to the content of your active tab until you return to sitting up straight.
